The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Doncaster Baseball Club Inc. will be held at 7pm on Monday, October 26, 2020 via Zoom.

The ordinary business of the AGM will be to:
• confirm the minutes of the last AGM
• receive, from the Board, financial reports for the preceding Financial Year
• elect Office Bearers and regular Board Members
• fix members subscriptions for the ensuing Financial Year
• vote on life member nominations (if required)
• special business, as communicated in writing to the Secretary by any Member by October 19, 2020 for consideration at the AGM.

Nominations for the following positions are invited from Members of the Doncaster Baseball Club:

· Vice-President
· Secretary
· Treasurer
· Board Members (6)
