Coming off a shut out the week before the B3 boys felt confident that they would be able to put in another good performance, and deliver they did. Of the 15 hitters that Henderson faced in the game he struck out 9 of them leaving only slim pickings for the fielders but did the fielders back him up! Some full stretch ground balls by Sully Steele at 3rd Base and two great running catches by Jed Bastian and Cam Allen in the outfield to help complete the Perfect game!

Offensively Sully and Tom Ervin went 9-9 between them capping off an outstanding day.

Coach Peter Ervin said "In all my life I've never witnessed such a thing, but to play in it is something else. I'm so proud of the way the team played today and what else can be said about Brayden today? Perfect!

A few of us caught on to what was happening in the 3rd inning but it was a silent acknowledgement, no one said a thing! The fielders made some great plays which is so often the case in one of these games and we smashed the ball with line drives all day. I'm still shaking my head. Perfect, PERFECT!"
