It is with great sadness that we advise of the passing of Peter Schutte - father of Matz.

Matz spent the Summer with us here in Australia and had become in integral part of our Doncaster Dragons family.  Matz was due to head home next month before reporting to Minnesota Twins Spring training in April, however he headed home last Thursdayto be with his family.

Our thoughts are with Matz and his family at this sad time.
