Baseball Victoria’s 2015 State Little League Championships were played at Jells Park over the weekend. Doncaster Baseball Club was well represented in the Northern Diamondbacks teams by six of our junior players – Jamie Bastian, Hayden Davis, Lachlan Davis, Cutter Harris, Brooklyn Hutton and Campbell Hutton – as well as coaches Jason Davis and Craig Hutton.

Jamie was selected to play in the Diamondbacks All Stars team. They ranked third overall and will go on to play in the Nationals in June. We wish them well!

Lachlan, Brooklyn and Campbell played in the Diamondbacks Development team that was coached by Jason and Craig. They were crowned undefeated champions. Top effort!

Cutter and Hayden played in the Diamondbacks Minors team that also went through undefeated.

Thank you to Jason and Craig for their huge effort preparing their side for the comp, and to Kirsty Davis for scoring and umpiring. Most of all, thank you to the six juniors who played so well and represented our club in the best spirit of the game.
